Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

True North Apothecary offers simple, flat-rate shipping within the United States.

Shipping options available at checkout include:

Standard Shipping – $8.00
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Free Standard Shipping – Orders $70 and over
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Express Shipping – $15.00
Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or high shipping volume.

Shipping Locations

At this time, True North Apothecary ships within the United States only.

We ship to:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • PO Boxes

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers can use this tracking number to monitor delivery progress through the carrier’s website.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at tnapothecary@gmail.com

Orders may be cancelled or corrected before shipment. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property and with neighbors
  • Contacting your local post office
  • Filing a missing package request with the carrier

True North Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation, but we will do our best to assist customers in resolving delivery issues with the carrier when possible.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to ship orders quickly, delivery delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Postal service delays
  • High shipping volume
  • National holidays

During periods of high order volume or holiday seasons, processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Holiday & High Volume Shipping

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly extended due to increased order volume.

We will always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible.
