At True North Apothecary, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
To start a return, please contact us at tnapothecary@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the request. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.
Please send all returns via USPS, as we are unable to receive packages from other carriers.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products.
- Herbs & Teas: If you try a product and are not satisfied with the taste or quality, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit. Opened herbal products do not need to be returned.
- Jewelry: If you are not satisfied with your jewelry, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return. Custom or personalized jewelry is non-returnable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong product

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Opened herbal products or teas (for safety reasons)
- Special orders
- Clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to request a return for the eligible item and, once approved, place a separate order for the new product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or reviewed your refund request.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
